MISHIMA NAGISA
— i have fears too, guess i just hide it well
[attr="class","monstermain"] — about [attr="class","monstertext"] Nagisa, affectionately called Suna by her family [break][break] She prioritizes her family above all else. Everything she's done until now has always been for them, and Nagisa reminds herself of that every time the hold on her heart and mind grip tighter than usual. — friends [attr="class","monstertext"] Nagisa has friends in the most shallow sense in that, they talk about the weather and eat lunch together. They'll even group together for classwork if they find themselves in the same area. It never goes beyond that, and that's something Nagisa is both thankful for and loathes. Becoming her friend in this sense is easy. Becoming friends in the literal term, however, is much more challenging. [break][break] In Layman's terms, there is no direct route or speedrunning this kind of friendship. Nagisa wants more than anything to have a friend, in the purest sense of the word, but allowing herself to become close to someone who isn't her family is terrifying. She'll gently push people away and close the doors the moment she can but if there's patience and persistence, her wish just might come true. — enemies [attr="class","monstertext"] In Kaibara? She wouldn't dream of it. Even her rivals in the rink aren't her enemies. If anything, they're more her friends than her school friends. Nagisa doesn't have enemies in Kaibara. In another town, however... [break][break] Nagisa wasn't known as the 'Green-Eyed Monster' for nothing. Baseball practice came in handy then. Her rocks never missed their targets no matter how hard they ran. Soccer came in handy. Her kicks were solid and strong. She wasn't allowed to carry her Shinai out of practice, but heaven help anyone who caught her with it. [break][break] It might be surprising to know that she was no stranger to violence. It might be even more surprising to come across that information in the first place. Nagisa has tried to disconnect herself from her angry past, and there's no telling how she'll react to having those dark times dug back up again. — lovers [attr="class","monstertext"] Nagisa has daydreamed about love once or twice. Never more than that. Love and romance isn't something she necessarily knows much about. Friendship is scary, but letting someone in so closely, it's absolutely frightening. She's gotten a confession or two since moving to Kaibara and the occasional fan who presents her with a small bouquet, but it's not something she could allow herself to indulge in. There's not enough time for her to go out and date, at least that's what she tells herself. The same tired excuse she uses for everything else. — ideas [attr="class","monstertext"] [break][break] You work here too? [break][break] Nagisa is Kaibara's very own busy body. She takes pride in her multiple part-time jobs. It wouldn't be surprising to see her at the amusement park one day, then serving your coffee the next. A running joke with a small group of students is that there isn't a single shop Nagisa hasn't worked at. They're wrong, of course. Nagisa hasn't worked at the grocery store yet. She has an interview in a couple of days though, so wish her luck! [break][break] Ugh, Americans. [break][break] Nagisa isn't fond of Americans. Not that she's ever met any Americans yet, besides the occasional tourist. Her mother often went on and on about how no good they were. While she firmly believes that comes from the one American man the Mishima house refuses to talk about, the young woman believes there must be a grain of truth in those words. It also doesn't help that that was what the children accused her of being, resulting her in bullying. She knows enough English to converse with customers, but she's not fluent. [break][break] A Helping Hand [break][break] Nagisa goes out of her way to help others from time to time, but these instants happen less than more. It's not that she doesn't care. Those that she helps are those she can feel struggling. The young woman won't go out of her way much, but if someone were to politely ask? [break][break] Need help moving something? Of course! Need an idea for the upcoming festival? She's got a few, but whether they're good or not is up to you! Need an extra player because someone couldn't show up? She has a shift in an hour, but one game to shake the rust wouldn't hurt. Nagisa might be busy 95% of the time, but she enjoys being able to help when she can. [break][break] If you have any ideas, please feel free to share!! I'd love to hear them! <33 | [attr="class","monsterinfo"] female [attr="class","monsterinfo"] seventeen [attr="class","monsterinfo"] pisces [attr="class","monsterinfo"] student & part timer [attr="class","monsterinfo"] demisexual [attr="class","monsterinfo"] single |
